Salon Etiquette
Kyli [Does My Hair] adheres to a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we may waive cancellation fees on a situational basis. However, please be aware that we may need to reschedule your appointment at least two weeks after the cancellation. To ensure adherence to this policy, we require a credit card on file or a paid retainer when booking your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule for a non-related illness with less than 24-hour notice, a fee of 50% of the service price may be charged. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the service price. We value our time, and last-minute cancellations prevent other clients from booking during that time slot.

Brazilian Blowouts, Hair Color Corrections, Lash services, and appointments lasting 3 hours or longer require a non-refundable 50% retainer at the time of booking. This retainer will be applied to the cost of your service.
If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, we may request that you reschedule. We strive to accommodate your services within the remaining time slot whenever possible.

For any questions or concerns about your scheduled or received services, please reach out to us. While we do not offer monetary refunds for hair services, we are happy to adjust the original service if necessary. Requests for hair color or haircut adjustments must be made within seven calendar days of the initial appointment.
Please note that all retail sales are final, and gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
At Kyli [Does My Hair], we uphold stringent safety measures to protect our guests and staff. Our salon and equipment are thoroughly disinfected before and after each appointment, and all linens and towels are laundered in a sanitized setting. Handwashing is practiced after every service, break, or meal.
Please arrive with clean, product-free hair for the best results. Curly cuts should arrive with their natural curl pattern to ensure a tailored cut.
Upon arrival, please call or text the salon, wash/sanitize your hands, and refrain from bringing guests or children unless they have an appointment. We accept various payment methods, including Vagaro Pay Later for installment payments.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment and limit personal belongings. Please respect the salon's etiquette by following our guidelines and service expectations. At Kyli [Does My Hair], we strive to provide a 5-star experience and ensure you leave feeling fabulous. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to pampering you at Salon 225.
