It is best to shampoo with COLD (yes cold, as cold as your scalp can handle) water and limit aggressive scrubbing, therefore a gentle wash is best and allows minimal fading. It is normal to see some color ‘bleeding’ in the shower when washing. Refraining from daily washing and limiting shampooing to 1-2 times a week is recommended. Also, limit all heat styling and when heat is necessary, please reduce the heat levels whether that be on your blow dryer or heat styling tool. A custom blend conditioner of your color formula is always available upon request following your color service. Your stylist will formulate the color used during your service with a hydrating conditioner for you to take home at an additional charge. This product is recommended to be used at least every other wash but can be used every wash to maintain maximum vibrancy.
